As to the reason, since there is an explanation as well, would be "health issues" or something just as dire.

It could also be Sims, but she'd have to have a darn good reason since it's so close to trial.

I don't believe Ann Finnel would leave. She seems the type to follow through on her commitments. However, if it were Mason to leave, she would have to attend the entire trial to "death penalty sit" unqualified Jose Baez.

Baez, as we all know, is legally stuck to the case because he's already been paid. However IF it were Baez, I doubt the judge would let him off the hook as he's the only attorney who has been there since the beginning.ritanitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01798894468241676294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6757696342634699253.post-75936075651232003372011-04-05T00:12:49.683-07:002011-04-05T00:12:49.683-07:00Ritanita

That’s my opinion. His testimony has shown little regard for the sanctity of the scientific method, and, by some circles, could be called perjurious at times. I personally feel that Dr. Furton wants to testify in this case because he thinks it will publicize his work, which is in direct competition to Dr. Vass’s, in developing a “sniffer” device to, as he puts it, compliment the work of cadaver dogs."

http://www.thehinkymeter.com/2011/04/03/caylee-anthony-case-the-decomposition-of-dr-furtons-testimony-part-1/#more-6573Deb Sullivanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17856896703803876318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6757696342634699253.post-1181226550333770712011-04-04T04:24:37.336-07:002011-04-04T04:24:37.336-07:00YIKES!YIKES!donchaishttp://callsforjustice.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
