Here is People's exhibit #48, the transcript of the conversation Sarah Key-Marer had with Cameron Brown in the parking structure at LAX. It was video and audio recorded. I've transcribed the document exactly as it appears.

S - Sarah Key-Marer
C - Cameron Brown
S: Cameron.
C: Hey.
S: I need to talk to you.
C: Nah, you can't talk to me.
S: Why can't I talk to you?
C: 'Cause my lawyer said. That's all I have --
S: You need to tell me --
C: - - to say.
S: - - what happened.
C: That's all I have to say.
S: You didn't tell me what happened up there. You can't keep avoiding me like this.
C: Yes, I'm going to ignore you right now.
S: Cameron, that was our daughter. You have to tell me what happened.
C: Nope.
PAGE 2
S: No, why?
C: I'm going to ignore you right now.
S: Do you have something to hide?
C: I'm going to ignore you right now.
S: Do you have something to hide, Cameron? Did you do it?
C: I'm ignoring you right now.
S: Did you do it, Cameron? Did you push her?
C: Say whatever you want.
S: [Inaudible].
C: Just say whatever you want.
S: You're just a coward. You're a coward. You can't even tell me what happened.
C: You're not going to make me mad.
S: I'm not trying to make you mad. I'm trying to make you understand. You cannot just let that happen and not tell anything. You cannot just not say anything to me. What is your problem? That's a life - - a life that was in your hands.
C: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
S: Yeah, yeah, yeah? So, you have nothing to say?
C: I didn't say that.
S: You did it, didn't you?
C: [Inaudible].
S: Is that a no or a yes? Just tell me something.
C: Can't talk to you.
S: Tell me something, Cameron.
C : I can't talk to you.
S: Why can't you talk to me?
PAGE 3
C: That's all I have to say.
S: What can't you talk to me?
C: I already told you why.
S: Why can't you tell me something?
[Sound of car alarm].
C: I already told you.
S: You haven't told me anything.
C: Yeah, I already told you why. Whoops.
S: You didn't tell me a thing, Cameron. You just don't say anything. You're not owning up to anything. You're being a coward. You're not telling me.
C: I said I can't talk to you.
S: You can't just let that happen and not say anything to me.
C: I said I can't talk to you.
S: So, that's it? You just want to avoid me? You think I'm just gonna go away?
C: Huh.
S: This isn't over, Cameron.
C: I said I can't talk to you.
S: This is not over.
C: [Laughing].
S: You think it's funny?
C: I said I can't talk to you.
S: Look at my eyes. Let me look at your eyes, Cameron. Let me see.
C: I said I can't talk to you.
S: Just look at my eyes and tell me the truth, please. If you didn't do it, tell me that you didn't do it.

C: I said I can't talk to you.
S: You have to tell me! You have to tell me! Look at my eyes!
C: I said I can't talk to you.
S: I loved her too - - so much, Cameron. You took the best thing away from me.
C: [Inaudible].
S: Look at me! Look at my eyes and tell me you - -
C: Said I can't talk to you.

[END OF RECORDING]
(This morning after breakfast, I read this transcript to Mr. Sprocket. I could not get through the entire thing without starting to sob. After seeing the video, and hearing how Sarah sounded on the video, then reading this transcript, her grief hit me.)

Thanks you for posting this, Sprocket.
As with the 911 call, it shows what a cold SOB Cameron Brown is.
Sprocket, my personal thanks to you for all your efforts in bringing us an accounting of this re-trial. You are doing a fantastic job. Without you, there would be very little coverage of the daily happenings.
Thank you, bunches.
Jo
What a rat bastard! I apologize for the profanity, sprocket, but I can't think of a nice word to describe Cameron Brown, right now. Kudos to Sarah for having faith in the system, and positive thoughts that her faith is justified. I'm afraid I would have considered killing him right then and there.
I too could not make it through without sobbing. I have so much admiration for Sarah. I don't know how she is able to go on. I pray that the jury sees what a heartless monster he is. I want him convicted and sent away for the rest of his life. I only wish that could bring Lauren back to her mother.
While the tape did pull at my heart strings, what I think is more important to the investigation is what Brown did, after the confrontation by Sarah.
The defendant lied to an LAX police officer about what transpired between him and Ms. Key-Marer.
The defendant lied about what Sarah did and said.
A month-and-a-half later, the defendant willingly signed a statement that said Sarah threatened to kill him.
The defendant told the undercover investigator Lillienfeld, he wanted this case prosecuted.
The defendant gave, as one of his reasons not to speak to Sarah, was that she could then use that conversation to say he said something he really didn't.
The video and audio recording of the confrontation shows us that it was the defendant who did exactly that, to Ms. Key-Marer.
Even after Lauren was dead, the defendant was repeating a behavior pattern of indirectly trying to hurt, get back at, intimidate, or get prosecuted, the mother of his dead child.
Really good point Sprocket. He is a liar through-and-through who continues to try and hurt Sarah despite the fact that he's already done the most unimaginably painful thing to her. He is a complete and utter uncaring, unfeeling narcissist. He's more concerned about his surf board than his deceased daughter.
Thank you for posting this Sprocket. I cried while reading it, I can't believe any father would be that cold-hearted to the mother of the child he killed.
Then, he had the nerve to say she threatened to kill him??? What a jerk (that's the nicest thing I can say about him).
Thank you for your dedication in following the trial. I feel like I am in the courtroom with you!
Thank you for being my eyes and ears. I love sarah deeply and can not be at the trial. I appreciate your time. I pray that justice is served for Sarah and for Lauren.
