TruTv will be paying tribute to Mr. Dunne with a 13 hour marathon of his show, Power, Privilege & Justice, this Friday August 28th, starting at 3:00 pm ET.
I've also learned from Beth Karas that in lieu of flowers, Mr. Dunne's family is requesting that donations be made to the National Center for Victims of Crime in Washington, DC. Donations can be made online at www.ncvc.org.

I miss him. I was always swept into whatever he was writing about.
Saw him a number of years ago at a party in LA, and he was the STAR, not the birthday guy. People were following him just to get a glance or a word. He succeeded on his own terms, and will be very much missed. When his TV show came back a few weeks/month ago, I thought he looked older/tired, but hey, happens to all of us. Had hoped he would give us many more years. Sadly, he didn't, but his
writings will survive, and he never waivered from his support of victims. A very wonderful legacy.
"Power, Privilege, & Justice" has been my favorite TV show since it started. I will also miss Dominick and Vanity Fair articles.
